PAYMENT CONDITIONS
25 % of the amount should be paid when booking online. The rest of the amount is to be payed 28 days before arrival at the latest, when booking in the A period. Bookings made later than 28 days before arrival, is to be paid immediately. When booking a pitch in the C + B period the rest amount is payable on arrival.
PLEASE NOTICE:
If you do not pay on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without any notice.
CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Cancellation protection per unit 10%
Cancellation protection covers the entire prepayment upon cancellation of an order until a day before arrival. However, a medical certificate must be presentet upon request. 200,00 DKK. Will be withdrawn in administration fee.
Lux cancellation protection per unit 15%
Lux cancellation guard covers all prepayment in case of cancellation before arrival and gives the right to a refund * for the days left in cases of pre-scheduled departures. No administration fee is deducted.
The payment for the guard not included as part of the other prepayment and is due upon reservation or at the same time as the 1st installment
* For rental units in high season, no refund will be given for departure ahead of time.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLING BEFORE ARRIVAL
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before arrival, the administration fee will be 25% of the total amount of the booking.
If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 14 days, before arrival, the adminstration fee will be 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, there will be no refund.
By early depature on pitches without cancellation protection
In B+C period we will refund the remaining amout, apart form DKK 150,- administration fee.
In the A period there will be no refund.
If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, there is a fee of DKK 100,-. We will transfer the booking, but any payments already made, must be sorted between you and the person taking over the booking.
In rental units there will be no refund, without cancellation protection
Due to the Corona situation, there are various restrictions on the campsite that must be observed. Violation of these can lead to expulsion. The restrictions may also mean that some activities and facilities are closed. As we are not in control of the restrictions, this will not give you the right to compensation or cancellation, and it will be the general cancellation terms that apply and therefore we recommend that you take out a LUX cancellation protection or check with your insurance company how you are covered.
